    My newbie cycle (Sustanon 250 or Test prop)

    Ok I am replanning my first cycle ...I originally wanted to avoid test due to bloat and other sides but everyones screaming murder if i don't for my first cycle.......so I'm considering taking

    Sustanon 250 or Test prop. every week for 9-12 weeks

    I've been hearing that I should take around 500mg per week

    should I pyramid the cycle or take a stable dose every week?? (broke into two shots)

    Should I add in Nolvadex or clomid?? When should i take HCG ??

    I'm 33 y/o ...been training over 10 years...5' 10" 185lbs at around 12% bf...ready to get on what type of anti estrogens should i use???
