    1st course?

    im looking to start my first course and was woundering if anyone could fill me in on whats the best product to sart out on? or any recomendations?

    a course of what? pasta? if you mean steroids then a simple 500mgs of test is your best bet. what are your stats? height? weight? bf%? lifting experiance?

    im 23years ,80kg and 172h, in good shape. just wanting to find out some info off people who have any recomandation on whats good to sart on and how much?
