Introducing Milk into diet after long time
I just got my protein mix last night. I have been mixing non-fat milk with it, and it goes down really easy (100% whey protein ). The problem is that I havn't drank milk in about a year, and I think my body might be reacting weird to it. I have been having stomach problems, gas, and quick trips to the bathroom... Anyone have any suggestions? I'm not sure if its the protein or the milk!

I take a supplement called Lactaid. It provides the enzyme necessary to digest milk.

Does that help with the upset stomach? Can you pick it up at GNC?
