just wanted to say thanks for those of you that gave me advice ,
it wasn't what i wanted to hear but i have stayed off aas and been working on my cardio and diet , slowly loosing the mid section and gaining a small amount of mucsle mass , have had many compliments lately ,
i still want to try a test cycle soon but trying to max my natural build first ,
have my first endo appt. july 19th, to get blood work ( per your advice ) wish me luck !!!! again thanks a bunch
