Nolvadex (Tamoxifen Citrate) is an anti-estrogen used AFTER symptoms of gyno have appeared - it works pretty well but most will prefer to take liquidex/airmidex DURING cycle instead - the mechanism of action is discussed in a post in the "Hot Topics" section called "deca gyno"

nolva is a quality product and doesnt cost nearly as much as arimidex, and is more readily available. if you have the cash, go with th ari., if not , nolva has proven itself time and time again.
