spots?
Accutane is in and of itself a powerful drug. It wouldn't be the first remedy I'd try. Extra showers, good antibacterial soap, clean sheets, etc. can help a lot. I'll bet the AR Spa forum has some good ideas floating around... This is assuming "spots" is a reference to acne.
yes i mean acne . i got it over my shoulders and forehead . ive never had it before .
accutane should be your last resort man
try some special soaps for acne and acne body wash first
look for the main ingredient in them should be salicylic acid
that will dry up your spots. or try proactive
Accutane is very harsh bro. Its prescibed for people who have very bad acne... Sometimes people get that cystic acne, looks like big blood blisters and crap like that. Again it is very harsh on your liver and should be used as a last resort. Make sure you shower after workouts, lay out in the sun or tan. If that does not work go to a dermatoligist. Their are other less harsh treatments that might work well for you... One more thing is its very expensive. Good Luck dude
I'm thinking of trying that too. I've tried all the soaps and pads, and that crap. I'm tired of dealing with it so i was thinking of just hitting it with accutane.
Well be warned.... it is very hard on your liver. it also dries your skin out alot. Your lips will be the most chapped they have ever been. I would use it as a last resort
also i hord while you are on accutane you need to stay out of the son.
Yes you do, good point. You skin is so dry you have no idea. I took it once and never again. Unless you had major problems with acne going through puberty, I would seek other alternatives
It can also cause depression and thinning hair. It's nasty and it doesn't stop working and causing side effects when you stop taking it.
I was prescribed (ro)accutane a few years ago due to some quite bad acne on my shoulders/back, and it was pricy as hell. Also, it takes a few months to kick in, really, and the first month or so it tend to get alot worse. And prepare for some seriously dry lips. And you can't tan or anything for a long time after you've finished taking it. I advice you to try EVERYTHING else before you even consider it. Might sound harsh, but seriously, it's like the last resort.
