I've never heard of that from nolva, I would recommend seeing a doctor asap.

are you sure it was straight blood? When you puke enough and theres nothing left in there, you'll begin to puke up bile (lining of your tummy) and itlooks dark kind of like blood. could it have been that?

severe abdominal pain, vomiting blood or dry, sticky stool may possibly be a sign of bleeding in the digestive tract (webMD)

vomiting up blood happens when you have upper gastrointetinal bleeding. it can be caused by numerous problems including ulcers, erosion of the stomach or esophagus, or tumors. obviously none of the problems will ever heal itself so you need to hit the er. how much blood came up and what was the color of it? if the blood is red it means the bleeding began shortly before you vomited, if dark brown or black it means it sat in your stomach for some time.

im with pietro, he first thing that came to my mind was a ulser acting up. Possiblity of a hormone imbalance in your body affecting it (since you are in PCT). Now dark blood is most commonly associated with lung and liver issues. But unless you were coughing up blood instead of throwing it up, i wouldnt say either of those 2.
