Went down from 2.5mg/day to .25mg eod about 1 month ago and still having joint issues in shoulder. Sex issues are gone though. Read it takes 60 days to get to stable blood concentration, so could be awhile.

My one elbow is really killing me and some of my other joints crack alot. I'm taking glucosamine but its not helping yet.

Had problem with my shoulder around the same time as letro. Just went to higher reps for a little while and made sure to do a very thorough warm up of the shoulder. Try higher reps maybe and lowering the volume for a couple of weeks. See if that helps
