Anavar + Winstrol inject- 1st cycle

I'm a 30 y.o old man with more than 12 years of training under my belt.
I've been focusing on powerlifting for the last year
I'm currently 100kg b.w and i'm 181 cm in height.

I've never done any steroid cycles before.

My main goal is to increase my strenght on the main lifts ( i compete under IPF rules, so only single ply equipment is allowed) and gain some kg's of lean muscle mass.

I don't want to get excessivevly bloated or get the usual side effects that come along with stronger drugs.
I'm not looking for rapid gains in weight. My main goal is strenght and lean mass and money is not an issue.

My best lifts:

Deadlift: 270 kg
Bench: 150 kg (raw), 180 kg (1 ply Titan F6)
Squat: 240 kg x 2 (raw) (low box squat)


I was thinking about this:
1-10 wk- Anavar 60mg / day
1-10 wk- Winstrol Inject 50mg /day
1-10 wk- Proviron 1 tablet per day (to help with sex drive)
1-10 wk- Deca 50 mg / wk (to help my joints, i heard winny takes water from joints)


P.C.T- nolvadex , clomid, HCG , IGF1

if you dont mind ed injections i would run a test prop cycle. you shouldnt see a lot of bloat with prop. you really need to include test in any cycle. but seeing that this is your first test is the way to go.

test prop 100 mg/eod
anavar 80 mg/d
PCT Nolva 40mg/d

eat a shit load of complex carbs and steak and eggs ur good to go!
