This is my first post and my first potential cycle.
I am considering starting a low dose VAR cycle. I do not wish do gain a great deal of muscle, due to my sport I have aweight category to stay in.
All I want is to maybe gain a little strength, imporve recovery and maybe lose some fat.
I will be running VAR at no more that 20mg/day for 5-6 weeks. I know that having read the various forum messages that this dose is low in comparison to what alot of you reccomend, however i would rather start low in my first cycle and see what happens.
Also there are some people who have reported great gains at as little as 15mg/day.
I believe I will respond well as I have achieved quite good strength levels just through good diet and training over the last 16 years.
My Nat Tets levls is 27 nm/ol
Weight 92 Kg
Body Fat 16%
Bench 130 Kg
Squat 180Kg
Dlift 200 Kg
Clean & Jerk 115Kg
I suppose I just want to know what difference some juice will make to my athletic performance. I know my a lot of my competition is using.
So My questions are
1) what PCT will I need, if any after the above mentioned VAR cycle?
2) Does Anavar react negatively with Anit Histhamine ( specificaly Loratidine or Claratyn) I have Hayfever.
