I was not able to get enough test for 500mg wk for 12 wks. What I have is 20ml of test e @250mg. Also clomid/arimidex for pct. I want to know how should I run this? Is it ok to run my first cycle @250mg wk for 20wks or should I pyramid the dosage example 250mg wk for 4 wks up the dosage to 400 a 1wk to 500 1 wk to 400 1wk back to 250 wk?

Run it at 400mg / week for 12 weeks or 500mg / week for 10 weeks. Pyramiding dosages is old school, also IMO your first cycle should not be over 12 weeks.

20 wks of enth makes for a pretty hard recovery! i would recommend 500mg for 10 wks!

Dont you remember big? This is the guy who keeps starting the new thread about a test only cycle i think he's upto 30 new threads now, even though you told him to stick to the same thread at least twice as he keeps starting new threads with the same post nearly every day, sometimes twice a day. He's really boring me now.

As a ne member myself i like to reasearch befor i post or start a thread and this guy takes up so much time from valuable members who help out so much that i think its ridiculous and insulting to them
