Help with cycle!!

This is what im leanning for, so some help with it would be cool.

Anadrol 100mgs/day=first 18 days

Decca 400mgs/week=10 weeks

Test Cyp 200mgs twice a week=10 weeks

Winny= 50mgs eod= going to add it in after andarol is done= total of 20 days

Nolvadex for pct 3 weeks after

This is going to be my 4th cycle
I`m 24.
190lbs 5` 10``
lifting for 7 years.

I run anadrol for 4 weeks, I run test for 2 weeks longer than deca .
You should really look at your diet as well, 5'10" and 190lbs and this will be your 4th cycle? You could easily have achieved that weight without steroids to begin with.

Yeah the dbol and sust was my first cyle in over 5 years. Ive messed around with i when i was younger. Ive been on clomid for a month and now im ready to start new cyle.

So im just wondrering if this cycle would be good. And the winny is going to last me 40 days cuz im doing it EOD!

regardless winny should not be used eod.

Don't like it.

1. 3 weeks of Winstrol is NOT enough (should be 6 weeks)
2. You DO NOT have enough Winstrol! 50mg EOD of Winstrol is to low of a dose. (should run 50mg ED)
3. Test should be run longer than Deca
4. I would raise the Test dose 100mg higher than your Deca.
5. NEED MORE TIME OFF BETWEEN CYLES
