    injecting sites, confused-

through reading up on how to inject, needle size, and where to inject, the only thing i don't understand is the areas you inject. I thought the main areas were the upper glutes, deltoids, and thigh. I find threads siting injections in the chest, biceps, calf's, and traps. are these areas necessary? is it best to alternate with all these sites? or can you do away with just thigh, glute, and deltoid, alternating them?

Ive also found some people saying they inject into the muscle they work out that day, where others say not too, being it could burst. any thoughts

How many sites you choose to use depends for one thing on injection frequency. If shooting every day you would naturally want to incorporate more sites.
As for a muscle bursting, I thought I had heard them all, but no, it won't burst.

You sound if you are new to this so you would want to stick w upper glutes. You can also shoot delts and quads if you feel that would be more comfortable, but the guys who are talking about chest, bis, tri , calfs etc are the more experienced guys who have done numerous cycles.

If I were you Id stick to upper glutes ... depending on how often your shooting maybe move to delts or quads

    that's what she said.
sorry I couldn't resist. that being said I strongly recommend getting comfortable with other sites as well.

ill stick to the three main area's then, far as that goes. what about the muscle group you work out that day, does it matter if you workout the muscle you inject into that day?

I often work the muscle I've injected same day, but I don't shoot the muscle I've just worked. Once I'm pumped it's a bit harder to get the pin in, so if I want to shoot a muscle I'm working I shoot before I lift.
