test deca question

ok im going to do 500mg a week of test e and 500mg a week of deca cycle....each 2 times a week in the same syringe at 250mg...my question is...is that a good ratio of test to deca and is it safe to shoot deca 2 times a week....thanks in advance.


stats: 5'11 200lbs and 23 yrs old...previous cycle experiance is 10 week test e cycle at 500mg a week.

it is safe to shoot deca twice a weeks but u dont need to run that much deca

so u think 200 each shot is better than 250?

you will be more than cool with 400 on a 2nd cycle, especially at 23. You are probably not close to your genetic limit
