    Not many of the experiaced users are going to recommend an oral cycle, very pro test injections on this board, but i will jump ahead of all that back and forth and give you the bottom line....

    95% of the people here will tell you:

    1) the problem is probably your diet, do some more research
    2) If you really wanna juice, 600mg of test E a week with perhaps a 30mg ed 3 week dbol kickstart is the way to go for a first timer.
    3) What you don't want to inject? Then you don't deserve or aren;'t ready fro steroids .
    4) Don't do an oral only cycle, they don't work.
    5) Ok so if you are really dead set on an oral cycle, there is one that deos sorta work, Oral turanibol.

    If your dead set on oral, "Tbol" seems to be the way to go, many guys really like it, light sides, nothing super crazy but will give some nice keepable gains.

    Do your research on tbol, pct, liver protection,diet and possible side effects.

    Definately KNOW what you are taking and how to manage it. Be safe

    And listen to these guys, they know alot.

    Wow 143 lbs.. Something is wrong with your diet then or your workout. It is prolly a lack of dedication becuase you are hard gainer possibly. It can be easy to get discouraged.


    Anyways... why an oral and not a shot?

    Oh, my my my, 18, you are too young my friend. At least thats what im told, i never touched the stuff till my 30's but alot who started young regreted it, you should hook up with one of them. Theres a kid on here named phate, im sure he'll ring in at some point, he's 18, and knows his shit, you should hook up with him.

    I know a guy, known him my whole life. He's one of those skinny dudes, like 6'2", about 150 wet, but wirey and strong as hell for his size. HE has always bitched that he couldn't grow. Now im not going to get into the whole thing but for about 5 months, he was working out with someone who knew what he was doing. Guess what the #1 thing he made my friend change? His diet. I don't get it but my friend is one of these people that for what ever reason just doesn't like to eat. He thinks he eats, but he eats like a girl. He never eats till and past when he;s full like most guys i know, and guess what, he;s skinny.
    Anyway, this dude started making him eat, and eat and eat, and guess what, he started to grow, it got a little scary for awhile but of course he quit and shrunk back down. Looked at your diet my man, it looks clean, but iot doesn't look like alot of food. Keep that same type of diet but up your calories to about 4500 and see what happens.

    I don't think that is a enough calories to bulk let alone an 18 yr old with a high metabolism. Why don't you go to the diet section and look around awhile? I know how you feel I started BB when I was 13 and same as you when I was 18 I wanted to weigh 170 lbs so bad but could hardly maintain 160. Don't take any gear. You don't need it. By the time I hit 21 I was 180 once I figured out how to eat and get enough protein. And back then 20+ yrs ago we did not have protein powders. You just need three things to get to your goals Eat right, (at your age even close to right will work) A mass building workout plan, and proper rest you will grow. Save the gear for latter when you have achieved all you can natty.

    You're eating better and healthier than most people, kudos for that! Your diet may need some work, however. Work out your macros: fat, carbs, protein and calories; both per meal and for the whole day to make sure things are spread out correctly and that your total intake of each is in line with your goals. I highly recommend posting your complete outline in Narkissos and Novastepp's free diet advice thread. They've really helped me and many others work out a good diet plan. Good luck!
