loaded with a 25 gauge....took about a half an hour.....loading with a 21 or something will help???

wow man i load with a 23 gauge and i timed it it takes about 20 seconds per ml to draw. what are you drawing up?
test deca
I usualy draw with 23ga, but I have drawn with 25 and it took about a minute.
maybe try heating the oil under warm water?
and if that doesn't work try yelling at it
maybe im drawing wrong...any website to show step by step on how to do it?
put air in syringe the same amount that you are injecting. push air into vial to equalize pressure after drawing. turn vial upside down and pull back on syringe to desired ml. i dont know how you could do it wrong. are you trying to pour it in the needle? that would take a long time.![]()
I use 23ga and never have a problem. I also always inject air in the vial seems to hlep.
Swab the top of the vial with alc
uncap drawing needle on syringe
draw a ml or so of air into syringe
insert needle into vial thru rubber stopper
plunge air into vial
draw back desired amount
pull needle out
switch to clean, fresh, glorious needle
i do wut lex jsut said....the syringe doesnt fill up...the oil just slides down around the syringe slowly
website neone??
I use 27g to draw, takes about 10 secs per cc. Ethyl oleate is the chronic. I can filter a 50ml bottle with a .2 millipore filter and 25g syringe in about 3 minutes.
the descriptions u guys told me were good but the thing is thats what im doing...i was wondering if there was a website to show step by step drawing procedure
You aren't missing any steps if you're doing what was suggested, you're just using gear that's too thick.
so a lower gauge will make it easier??? useing 25 to draw right now
try warming the vial / amp so the oil becomes more viscous....
but like big suggested, 23-25g should be fine to use unless ya gear is suspect.
pretty sure my stuff is real cuz last cycle was like that too..but i guess ill try a lower gauge and pouring warm water of it
21 gauge 1.5, don't think it hurts, very fast
Since no one else wrote this: draw the entire contents of the syringe full with air, insert into the vial, push all the air in then draw the oil. That is, if you arent already doing it.
No it creates a vaccum effect and makes drawing easier. I always do this to facilitate drawing.wouldn't that over pressurize the vial too much? so when you go to draw the oil it would go very quickly and possibly be harder to correctly measure?
never done it so i wouldn't know, that would just makes sense with physics
what about post #7. and you dont load the syringe full of air and inject it in. you inject the volume of air you are withdrawing from the vial. so if you are drawing 1 ml you inject 1 ml of air. you want to keep the pressure somewhat equalized. that is the correct procedure. and i draw from a 100 ml vial all the time so the pressure would be so high if every time i drew i was putting 3 mls of air and only drawing 1 ml of fluid, if it ever tipped over and the stopper was poked enough all my gear would leak out. i wouldnt want that much pressure in my bottles. maybe a 10 ml wouldnt be so bad cuz you wouldnt get as many pokes in the rubber, but i havent used a 10 ml bottle in years the smallest i use is 20.
