Fellas i was looking for a new site to use do to some pain in other places. I was given good direction on how to go in the quad however i did this post leg workout and now 48hours later im dying. I can barly bend my knee and my quad is killing me. Is this normal? How can i help the pain and stiffness? and and all help is welcome.
