Shot gone wrong?

Fellas i was looking for a new site to use do to some pain in other places. I was given good direction on how to go in the quad however i did this post leg workout and now 48hours later im dying. I can barly bend my knee and my quad is killing me. Is this normal? How can i help the pain and stiffness? and and all help is welcome.

normal for first time it gets less painfull later on

Pretty normal, especially if its some form of testosterone . Ive never really experienced pain from anything besides test but I'm sure its possible. Try going on the side of your quad and way up your thigh, like 2 inches below the dimple in your ass. That part of your muscle doesn't really ever move so even if it hurts like hell you'll still have your flexibility.

your not "dying". its like mbuf said. I remember the first shoulder with 200mgs/2ml of prop. had to labor all day, my whole arm was throbing and i couldn't raise it

The pain varies from substance to substance, some gear hurts more than others. Also depends on how good you are with the injection technique. id suggest buying a dart board and putting up a poster of the human anatomy and throw syringes at it all day till you are an expert

I have done the shoulders and butt both with minimal pain in past uses. However this is like nothing i have ever felt, 3days later my quad is still stiff and swollen. It was a 2cc shot of deca that is giving me the issues. I havent used deca in close to 5years. As to the why i did the injec i did it slow didnt jab it.
