    thinking about using.

    ok im going to the army in 3-4 months and want to lose weight and gain muscle.
    im currently 18 years old 6'4 300lbs and 26% body fat. i want to get down to about 250lbs and 18-21% body fat. i need some information on what steroid to take how to take it and what to do in my workouts also what should i be eating. i would love to reach my goal in 2 months that is why i am going with the steroid route. im not planing on taking then after the 2-3 months so information on quiting would be good also.

    If your going into the army, ur gunna be drug tested!

    So its up to you if you really want to use roids!

    do a natural cutting cycle with a good diet and cardio and drop the fat it taked awhile but its worth it

    i have tryed to loose weight on my own without steroids i can do it but it takes a little bit longer then what im looking for.

    have you tried a 6 meal a day calorie cut diet with cardio and weight training? i knew you didnt!!!!!!!!!! lol its hard but its good in the end trust me, i cut naturally and will be bulking with aas soon

    i didnt weight watchers for 5 months lost weight then stoped and gained it back. im looking quick results before i go to the army.

    yeah lashley is built bro i dont think they will test and your gonna do aas reguardless but figured ide try to keep you natural for awhile, never done cutting cycle so good luck with that someone will chime in

    they are herbal supps your not gonna get real aas online bro aas is androgenic anabolic steroids and a cutting cycle is a compound of steroids designed to melt fat away

    BTW, you can lose that weight naturally, don't juice.
    you can safely lose 12 lbs in the first month, an additional 10-12 the next month, 10 the month following and so on (approx 1% per week).
    You could easily drop the weight your looking for prior to basic and I'd suggest it because they will starve you and put you on the 'fat boy' program.
    What you want to concentrate more on is your cardio endurance.
    Weight watchers is bullshit, that's why you gained it back.

    Check your meals, reduce the saturated fats and simple carbs.
    Swim, run, bike, push ups, pull ups, etc. Toss in some weight training to help build some muscle but try to concentrate on endurance, if you fail the initial entry test at the replacement center (1st place you go before basic) you'll be sent straight to fatboy camp till you can pass that, once you hit basic if you fail there you'll get put on a similar program. From what I hear it sucks, they literally starve you and work you to death. It's a very unhealthy way to lose weight and 'get in shape' but there goal isn't your health it's your weight.

    steroid .com doesn't sell 'roids' they sell herbal crap.
    Your best bet is going natty or maybe tossing in an ECA stack (ephedra, caffeine, asprin).
    Shop for a good protein, optimum nutrition is best.
    Also this will be very important, get your diet in check prior to basic. Know what to eat and what not to eat. There will be times when you will have less than 15 seconds to eat, you want to make it count.

    if you're going to do aas anyways than make sure you have your PCT stuff in hand, that you can buy from ARR. Remember that a cycle doesn't end at your last inject, you have to manage your natty test and estro levels after that and you wont be able to do this in basic.

    look it isnt getting through your head that you can do it naturally... i went into the marine corps.. i had to get my weight from 280 to 254... a strict diet and i got down to 247 before i shipped. i was still over my weight so i had to waiver. still the fact is i did it naturally in a couple of months...but if you really arent gonna listen to those who are experienced, try clen ,or tren a. clen increases body temp meaning you'll burn fat. tren im not so sure about but my bro took it and he lost 3-4% BF in a 10 week cycle.

    don't forget he's only 18. hard work does more than steroids for people like you. good diet, hard work and you could drop 50 pounds maybe in the time frame.

    If you REALLY want to talk to someone, talk to a nutritionist and a good trainer. Join the body for life programs at a gym, those will bust your ass like no other.

    just do an eca stack the caffeine will speed your heart up increasing the amount of calories burned and you will lose weight with a good diet and exercise but the key is diet and exercise. no substanance or aas will do anything without that

    there no mixed reviews bro everyone agrees your too young and should do it naturally but the reason people r giving you steroid and eca stacks are because we all know you probably wont listen but the purpose of this site is to be safe and not another statistic point is you should and can do it naturally but if your not going to listen then you need to be safe

    i no i can do it naturally but im looking for results faster then naturally that is why i am considering doing aas. i understand what you guys mean and i will have a good diet and be at the gym alot. im not just looking to take them then sit there. i need information on how to do them and what they will do for me. one of my friends is going to go to the gym with me he is considering doing them also. he is 6'0 120lbs and .5% body fat. we know someone that will train us for 2 months and give us the aas. for EDITED each. that seems steep so im just looking for information about going this solo and how i would do it solo.

    i wouldn't brag too hard about benching your body weight.. cell tech is creatine, i wouldn't suggest it for you as each serving comes with 75g dextrose (sugar) and 320 calories.

    how about you follow our advice, do it naturally, save your balls from being shut down, and teach your friend something in the progress. you don't get what can come down the road if you start taking steroids this early in life
