ok im going to the army in 3-4 months and want to lose weight and gain muscle.
im currently 18 years old 6'4 300lbs and 26% body fat. i want to get down to about 250lbs and 18-21% body fat. i need some information on what steroid to take how to take it and what to do in my workouts also what should i be eating. i would love to reach my goal in 2 months that is why i am going with the steroid route. im not planing on taking then after the 2-3 months so information on quiting would be good also.
