Just do 150mg every other day. mon, wed, fri, sun, tue, thur, sat, mon, wed, thurs etc.
keep it @ 150mg for each shot and dont forget to rotate injection sites.
no, as the esters break off and the steroid starts deteriorating, you want to keep a consistent schedule to keep the peak amount the same. a lower dose one day would mean less stuff at full strength and the peak amount would vary slightly once a week. once you get into your cycle it shouldn't matter if you inject the same day you work out, its still in you. the only benefit from that is being able to loosen that muscle after the shot
If you do it ED and shoot workout days, by week 2 you wont feel a thing with your shots....
