New, wants to start a cycle...
Hello Everyone,
Back to school "That's 15 Years ago" I joined a nearby GYM during the summer holiday, during the School I did not work out at the GYM however I was playing with Dumbbells at home combined with few pushups, same continued during the University plus few times going to the GYM, now and after 10 years I started to go to the GYM again.

My optimum goal is to lose few kilos (1 or 2) and to gain 15 Kilograms of muscles, now I am trying eat well and drink as much water as I can.
My age is 31, I am 72 Kg (My body fats is between 10% & 13%) and I am 182cm tall...
I am willing to try a cycle of steroids "Safe Cycle with minimum side effects" and then start a Recovery Cycle after this, so what do you recommend?

How long have you been back at the gym? and hows your consistency?

You will have gains naturally w/o steroids ... stay off them for now....
get ur diet good, and lifting good for atleast a year...

you just starte back at the gym, after 10 years...
your muscles have atrophied, so by going on a steroid this soon, when ur muscles arent used to working out.. .you have a MUCH higher risk of injury due to the growth of the muscle tissue compared to tendons/ligaments... in short terms, your muscles get to strong for the tendons so they snap them...
and its only been 1 month... u will have gains naturally.... its proven... so i'd wait to go on steroids until atleast a year, where you have given urm uscles a better chance to recover from that atrophy... they are gonna grow lke crazy anyways if ur diet is in check...
and a safe side steroid? no such thing... every steroid has its sides... it depends on teh person and dosages and such.... no "side free steroid"

You need to work out hard and consistently and approach your natural potential. If you woke up this morning with an additional 20lbs of muscle you would certainly hurt yourself, as you ligaments, tendons, etc. are not prepared.
