If i am on diet that is very strict without gear and very low in calories for 6 weeks do I need to slowly increase my caloric intake before bulking?
My fear is that I will have shed off all the extra abdominal fat, then start eating like a monster on gear and have it come right back.
I plan on cutting natty for two more weeks and then jumping into a sustanon, durabolin cycle.
Please let me know what you think.
