second cycle

1) 500mg/week 20mg/day 20mg/day
2) 500mg/week 20mg/day 20mg/day
3) 500mg/week 20mg/day 20mg/day
4) 500mg/week 20mg/day 20mg/day
5) 500mg/week -------------- 20mg/day
6) 500mg/week -------------- 20mg/day
7) 500mg/week -------------- 20mg/day
8) 500mg/week
9) 500mg/week

Post Cycle Therapy
10) 100mg/day Clomid and 20mg/day Nolvadex
11) 50mg/day Clomid and 20mg/day Nolvadex

i would run the test for 10 weeks then start pct 10 days after your last injection. i would also drop one of the orals

I'm not sure what your goals are, but run the test for 12 weeks. IMO!

I'm sry i'm a lil confused. Your first idea you wanted to use winnie, which is pretty good on a cutting cycle. Then the second idea you had you wanted to use dbol which is a bulker cause of all the water weight you'll gain. I dunno what Metanabol is so....no comment. Are you trying to bulk, lean bulk, cut, what?

never heard of it.. but those cycles are taking you in two different directions. if you're looking for 20 pounds i wouldn't go with winstrol.
