losing weight(fat)=impossible
Help help help!
I'm 178lbs at 15% bf. 5'5''
I'm on hrt with 100mg test/week, Arimidex 0,5mg twice week.
and T4 75mcg/day + Cytomel 12,5mcg twice day
2 years ago,I was 158lbs at 7% bf
Now, I'm on cutting(start 8 weeks ago) but my bf is the same
Also,I lost 3lbs of pure muscle mass,in fact before I was 181lbs
Why??? workout: 4 days/week(no overtrained) cardio 30minutes empty stomach
Diet start at 2600 calories and now 1800. low carbs, protein 250gr
Maybe I have some problem? cortisol/gh/insulin ??

how is your diet? you need a clean diet along with alot of cardio. you dont want to drop your protein intake or you will lose muscle mass, just eat clean and train with cardio and if that dosnt work then throw some clen in the mix

If loosing bodyfat was easy we would all looks like gods. Its one of the hardest things to do. Especially if your genetics mean that you have stubborn areas where fat just will not shift from. You just have to keep trying things until you find something that works for you. I know t3 is supposedly one of the best fat burning compounds but to be honest i've had better results with clen . Diet also has a huge amount to do with it obviously. Its suprising how much of an effect little tweaks in the diet can have

the fact is this:
2 years ago I was at 9% bf easily(natural), after down at 7% with winstrol -test-proviron -arimidex
Now I don't undestrand...the diet is good,very clean,250gr protein,80gr carbs and 60gr fat
I have good values of testosterone (high range) Estradiol (low range) FT3(medium-high range) but nothing...I lost muscles.
Insulin ad cortisol are in the low range

How's your intensity in the gym? Did you happen to change your training protocol while dieting?

One other question. Did you happen to get your body fat tested on a low carb day? If so, that was the reason. You were flat....

less calories dosent mean less wieght, do more research, your body will protect itself making it much harder to burn fat

I talk with a specialist of sport and nutrition
He said me:
maybe you have a depressed immune system, wbc are little low
In fact 2 years ago, when I was at 7-9%, my wbc were in medium range
What is your opinion?
there is some drugs in medicine to boost wbc?

why does everyone want drugs? ever think to adjust your diet to increase your immune system? maybe a multivitamin?
1800 kcals for a 170lb person seems very low. You need to chnage it up to keep your metabolism working. You are also going to retain some water on the test.
also, where are the macronutrients coming from? 250g of protein from just protien shakes isn't near the same as natural food. You need tons of vitamins through veggetables to allow your body to function properly.
are you truely on HRT or are you dosing yourself? I've never heard of a weekly dosage of 100mg of testosterone for HRT. PDR doesn't recommend more than doing injections every 2 weeks and most HRT doctors won't do any sooner than that unless there is a serious reason for it. How old are you?

Use a simple Test E 500mg/week cycle to prevent muscle loss and use carb cycling to keep fat loss consistent. Your body will adjust to almost any diet that is consistent and fat loss will stop.

yep...it's the stupid american way. take that shit off commercials and america would be in better shape. humans don't have a drug deficiency, your body does'nt REQUIRE a drug to do things that it's designed to do. Your body has problems because of some other inbalance, disease process, or injury.
"let's take some aspirin for my headache because my body is aspirin deficient"
