    Endurance Athlete / Newb here

    I am an Endurance Athlete ( run half marathons/race half ironman) I do not need to look like a bodybuilder. I can lay down a 1hour 25min half marathon time but want to get better. body fat around 13%

    what are some good cycles i should take?
    anyone know anything about oral pHG? *********.com has it but wasnt to sure about anything oral.
    I'm a newb so any help is great.

    basically i'm skinny... run to much to gain weight... eat all the food i can.

    anabolics tend to make your muscles pump up, I wouldn't think it would not be very good for a long distance runner. Also when you come off there would be a period of down time meaning you wouldn't be 100%.

    13% for real? even the bad kids on the hs distance team are like 8 haha.
    but i don't know if this is a good way for you to go, people are probably gonna suggest looking at your diet first and i'd agree

    i eat well. i dont eat "dirty" food but clean foods. i wouldn't say 13% but that's what i "think" i am.. probably honestly around 9% but want to get more cut.

    o yeah about winny and ben johnson... he was a sprinter... not a distance runner.. those guys bodies are build differently

    250mg a week Test for 10 weeks and 400mg Eq for 9 weeks. Eq gave me amazing endurance.

    winny gives me awesome pumps you'd prob. get about a mile down the road and your wheels wouldn't want to turn. Look into small dosing HGH for a few years. Your BF will come down, your endurance will go up, and you won't have any ups and downs periods, which suck both physically and emotionally. Drawback to HGH is its about pricy and you need high quality. If I was you I'd start reseaching that.

    I've work and lifted in the medical field and know doctors on HGH. At 21yo I see no need in small dosing test since your levels are probably in check already. I would not run test.

    I don't like to tell anyone its a good idea to take anything. Having that out of the way, your going to do what your going to do anyhow, its human nature. As far as using anabolic steroids as opposed to HGH would have several drawbacks for what your trying to accomplish. One, is they make you retain water. Second, they shut down your natural test levels, this is why your nuts shrink. Third, in order to not screw your levels up for life they must be cycled, tipically it is generally practiced to stop usage for the same amount of period the usage occured. Fourth, having cycled, the water comes off and there is a period of time your waiting untill you testes return to natural size and begin to produce the natural production again.

    As you get older your natural levels decrease, people who don't want to get all the symptoms that come with aging can turn to synthetic testosterone . At your age your test levels should still be about peak. You mentioned also that you didn't want to look like a bodybuilder, doing all that running, and no heavy wieght training just goes against any kind of A.S. usage. Personally I don't think 21 is young. Almost everyone out there these days does something, drink, crank, coke, pot, ect. If your going to do something why not feel and look better at the same time. Study HGH, if you decide you want to get thick with muscles study A.S. If your going to hold out on both and just get better at what you enjoy then study diet and training
