I am an Endurance Athlete ( run half marathons/race half ironman) I do not need to look like a bodybuilder. I can lay down a 1hour 25min half marathon time but want to get better. body fat around 13%
what are some good cycles i should take?
anyone know anything about oral pHG? *********.com has it but wasnt to sure about anything oral.
I'm a newb so any help is great.
