    What can Clen and or T3 really doooooo?

    Hey guys,

    Im doing a lean mass / bulking cycle right now

    12 week cycle, and IM just wondering what Clen and or T3 could do for you at the end of your cycle to cut you up?

    Ive researched it but still confused me a little, the aas wasnt to bad to understand after doing months of research on here, but just wondering a few things
    1. Would these compounds cut you up?
    2. Would you take them during the end of your cycle or after?
    My diet and cardio are great and very strict!!

    Im not planning on using them as of right now, Im really just looking for some information on the topic for right now. --NO BULLSHIT--

    I've read that taking T3 while not on cycle burns your muscle. Some ppl use clen after cycle to cut up, but if you take T3 too it'll burn the muscle you just got from your cycle. So I would do the clen but not the T3. Thats just my .02 cents.

    HOW TO STACK CLEN/T3

    to stack the clen/t3 for a 6 week cycle i would start at 60mcg and increase by 20mcg every three days till either the sides are unbearable or your bp gets close to 135-85, then back it down 20mcg and keep there until a week before the cycle ends, then taper down 20mcg every two days or so, run diphenhydramine, which you can get cheap at a dollar store or big lots, it's sold as allergy remedy, just look at the active ingredients to see, run it either every third week at 50mg before bed or eod/ed at 50mg before bed, whichever you want, i personally use it everyday, but then again i'm running 300+mcg/day of clen, which i doubt you'll get close to

    for the t3, start at 50mcg and ramp up to 100-125mcg over a week, 125mcg will raise the metabolism but you have a chance of losing muscle so eat alot of protein, 300-350g a day should do, and get it from real food, not shakes, stay on whichever dose you decide to run for the length of the cycle

    for suppliments i would run 3-5g of taurine/day to help with cramping from the clen, if that doesn't help up it to 8g/day and get some potassium, drink lots of fluids as you will be sweating alot, plus fat needs a water saturated enviornment to burn optimally, and i would take a multivitamin upon waking and before bed

    Ahh phate, again with the links. Nice job brotha. I'm kinda curious to try it, but i'm not trying to lose the muscle i've been working so hard to get this cycle.

    personally i don't think that t3 is as catabolic as people say it is, i actually gained muscle running 125mcg of t3 and 300mcg of clen a day, but if you are cautious you could just run the t3 at 50-75mcg/day, you're body naturally produces 25-30mcg of t3 a day i believe so even that low dose will yield some results

    also suppliment with glutamine, arginine, bcaas etc. and eat more protein than normal, this will minimize catabolism if there is any at all

    How long did you do the clen /t3 for? How much fat did you lose? I'm assuming only your bf% went down, by how much? you say you kept all your muscle

    i ran it for 6 weeks, sorry i didn't keep track of my bf%, but my weight went from 180 to 183 and my definition increased dramatically, so i'm sure i lost a at least several lbs of fat, plus my strength continued to increase

    I love clen post cycle for keeping gains and burning off the fat gained while on cycle. T3 im weiry about because of all the negative feedback I keep hearing

    you really think it'd be good to add potassium with t3? along with sweating your ass off, you'd be pissin like crazy with the K added

    My wife takes clen /T3 and has had great results. She dosent care about the muscle as much as losing the fat.

    From my experience, I would only run T3 on a cutting cycle. When running it without some sort of aas, you will loose muscle.

    Alot of people include Clen in their PCT to help with recovery. If you are wanting to use the clen to loose weight, I'd wait untill after your PCT when natural test levels are back to normal, so you can stop following a bulking diet.

    Im following more a lean mass diet I found from the diet forum here then I am a bulking diet ....

    But once again there are so many different opin on this subject
