Had surgery and now need to get back into the game.
Alright so I am (or was) an all natural bodybuilder who just had gyno surgery about 1 month ago....I have lost about 15-20lbs because Im not working out or eating much....to get the size back and strength! I was thinking of doing a light cycle.
250mg test week 1-14
400mg eq week 1-12
40mg t-bol weeks 1-6
pct A-dex
Clomid
I am looking to add about 15 lean bloat free pounds, and get back to the hard, solid look! I am also wondering what kind of strength I can expect with a cycle like this? because I know I will have droped from like 245lbs bench to about 175lbs! I droped alot of weight fast!

dont front load test...ur just asking for gyno then, also how did u get gyno if ur a natty BB? and also i like anavar alot better then tbol for strength gains!

yeah i was wondering about the natural gyno too. and i know its not about numbers, but how does a bodybuilder only bench 245?
just to be safe, you might wanna run something for the duration, an ai or estrogen blocker. something to safeguard from more gyno. that would be a hard one to explain to the dr

lmao yah , u also mite be really gyno prone if u got bitch tits without AAS, unless u overdid it with the so called "prohormones" which natty BB say is just like the sauce but yet they make fun of us kus were not natural? ..Not to burn ya buddy kus ur a natty BB!

No I have had gyno since puberty....Im not at all fat but I just had a build up of tissue on each side, and yes I am planing on runing A-dex oed. 245lbs for reps not max bench....If you think benching 245lb for reps as a natural bodybuilder is weak then you must have some big dudes at you gym! bench is my weakest lift by far but I would hardly say reping 245 is weak.

umm.. well i don't know how big you are, but i know a fair amount of people (hs kids) repping mid 2's. i usually do more of a pyramid than like 8-8-8, but i'll still put up 230 or 250 a couple times.
but if it works for you, i won't throw stones.

bodybuilding isint about what you lift (although every man want to lift alot) bodybuilding is about how you look....I know a guy who does higher reps 12-15 with 205lbs and he looks amazing! but thats just how he grows I guess....and his chest is 3 times the size of mine.

meh bench has always been a weak lift for me because I have super long arms! but those long arms come in handy for dead lifts lol

Im not going for the bloat look....Im going for the hard look....so Id rather gain 15 lean lbs then 25 bloated lbs....to me looking good is and feeling good is what its all about! I find to many guys say ther into body building because ther jacked....but having 20inch arms at 18% bf is not apealing to me....I would much rather be 7% bf with 17 inch arms and look amazing, look like somthing carved from stone so that when I walk into a club people look and say wow! I want to look like him! that prob why Eq was my first choice, and of course I added test to give a little kick!

Maybe just do the 500mgs/week of test E if this is your first cycle and see what happens with the gyno issue before you start stacking......on another note all this worrying about what you bench is funny if your a bodybuilder...im natural i can bench 315 for 8's but there are alot of people doing of a lot less, with a better chest than myself...the weight you move is not the be all, end all, of building a good physique.

cheers. well its very true! I have spent 2 years looking over forums, reading books ect....and I think that for me eq/test is a good combo for the goals I have. To each ther owns I guess.
