and 25g 5/8", which they got right, but they sent 25g 1 1/2"...

These mofos still haven't sent the 1" needles. So, I had to pin this morning. I was going to do thigh anyway......

I figured that I would notice about 1/2" an not insert that far... I couldn't.. God Damn that hurt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to pull out of the right thigh and did the left, it hurt so bad.... It felt like I was poking a nerve.

I read something about doing everyspot w/ 1 1/2" needles.. that is out!

i use 1'' everywere now. if you have alot of fat in your glutes then a 1.5'' is better for that bit 1'' works fine for my glutes,cdelts and thighs

Although thigh injections are a common practice I was never a big fan of them. I always seem the get the same feeling you mentioned "felt like poking a nerve"

I was using the 5/8 for delts and other smll muscle groups. But I may try 1.5 for glutes, if this lump in my left glute goes away, which the 1.5 needle may help with.

I thought thigh was pretty easy, it was the 1st spot I poked... IMO, it is right there, no weird twisting... so you can take as long as you need...

When I used a 1" needle no problem, but I just didn't judge how far I went in good enough... then I didn't want to get it caught between the fat layer, by pulling out too much....

The right needle would eliminate all the guess work...

1.5's are the best bro. if you are shooting delts go half way in (3/4 in) if your shooting quads go a little more than half way, and if you're doing glutes go all the way. you dont have to insert the whole needle just enough to get the job done. i think you have the best all around needle in my opinion. take an old used needle and mark it if you want and use an orange to shoot into to really get an idea where the marks are and it will become so easy for you.

I always use 23 gauge 1.5 inch needles. Actually I am going to shoot it
in another hour from now. It's been like 10 years since i last shot.

you need at least 1/2" min IMO.

1 or 1/12 is fine its preference and fat to alot of people just do what feels better

I use 1" for my delts and go all the way in. I use 1.5" for my gluts and thighs and leave a 1/4" out.
