my first cycle was test e 500mg a week for 12 weeks

now im going to start my second cycle
the gear i have is
20ml test sust 250
20ml tren
20ml eq
20ml winny
30 ml test prop

any reccomendations on a cycle layout?

go for 10 weeks of500mgs test and 400mgs eq. i would just save the tren and winny for your next one. also if you want you can jumpstart it for the first 3 or 4 weeks with your prop

You should clarify (both for yourself and us) your cycle goals, then review the profiles of the aas you possess, and coordinate the two. I agree with Pietro on just running two compounds for now, in order to better acquaint yourself with their preliminary results prior to developing complex cocktails. One major additive per cycle is a great philosophy, whereas minor additions (mild orals) introduced mid-to-late cycle, thereby still permitting the gauging initial synergy and results, are welcomed!
