    HElp Guys...Cycle help

    Ok Ive been off the weight pile for 7 months due to certain restraints I was placed on(7 months of House Arrest) long story Bars and Meat heads still don't mix...lol...But any how ...My size is still pretty good I don't see it changing anymore maybe a lil more BF...I'm 190 5'9 around id say 15 % bf.....In December I will start training again. I know I should lift for at least 2-4 months before getting back on. This will be my 3rd cycle ..From my last 2 I had HUGE gains WHich i think come from swell genetics. First cycle was just Test 400 vet grade which was awesome I only took a half of cc which i guess is 150 mg yes?.....2nd was test cyp 200 mg a week and deca was a little less... one shot a week......From this i gaines massive muscle at leastt 30 lbs.......well my question is After i get back into the swing of things what would be a good cycle to get on .....Ive been lookin at other guys cycles but totally sure well i'M 22 outstanding genetics......I really want to pack it on.....I was wanting also to throw in insulin and igf-1 in with my AAS for PWO....on for 4 weeks off for 4 ..Well bros sorry its so long just wanted to list everything...any advice is much appreciated guys....muc regards....

    a good cycle for you if your over 23 years old would be 500mgs of test a week. if you had huge gains off 200mgs, (yes it was 200 not 150) then youu should blow up like a bodybuilder off 500mgs

    Agree^^^ plus I would lift hard for at least 6 straight months b4 cycling.

    Welcome back bro. I had to do massive push-ups to keep me halfway satisfied, but when you only get 1200 cals a day it's kind of hard huh?!!
    You need to do some research but i think 400-500mgs ew of test e for 12 weeks would be cool. You might want to add d-bol @ 30mgs ed for the first 4 weeks would be a big help.

    O ok i had no idea ...so just test...ok cool....yea i mean i had crazy gains bros....so 500 damn...now would that be 2 shots a week yes?...yea man pushups pusups pushups...lol..i made a pull up bar too.....i just hate it man ....lol

    ph yeah 2 more things guys....should i use insulin with it...i heard good things ...but is it to soon u reckon? Is there also any way to do source check without getting your balls stomped...lol

    Don`t use insulin its not safe and its not needed in your case. The source thing you are not allowed to ask but you can pm and maybe someone will help you.

    oh ...why wouldnt it be a good Idea ..if so many people get good results off it?.....So i just pm a mod or something or a vet?...lOL I DONT WANT T GET MY HEAD CHEWED OFF THOUGH ...LOL

    Was 5'9" 190 your weight at the end of your last cycle?

    Id focus on diet. Insulin is not what you think it is and will not "grow" muscle. All slin does is shuttle nutrients to the muscle which result in faster nutrient uptake but at your stage you are no where near ready for it and would be a waste...not to mention if you fux it up it can be life threatening.

    Now as Pietro stated, 500mg test enanthate per week would def. be sufficient.

    What does your diet look like, or what are you aiming to hit?

    oh well at the end of my test deca cycle i was 5'9 221 %10 bf...Alot of people at the gym thought i was getting ready for the show down south ....but I didnt know anything about my diet calories ratio etc...But i was in great shape!.....My diet was a gram of protein per pound..i didnt know you could up it to 2 g per lbs....I know NOW! i didnt know about carb intake and fat i tried to just moderate it by eyeing it.....i didnt count the numbers but it was low.....I thought more carbs meant more fat....lol what is the exact carb and fat intake per lbs?.......thx lego bricks for info! Is dextrose sugar the best pwo?....i heard it was......What if I get Cyp instead of En? also will i break any balls askin a mod for source check or should I just wait for someone to pm me?...anyhow thanks bros......Oh lego bricks the 500 mg....would that be 2 shots a week?
