    Unhappy please please need help 4rm the pros

    :lads what do u think of this cycle ,it will b my first .ive only started training a few months,im 27 an 5ft 11.11 st 7 pounds .im looking to bulk up hoping to put on 1 stone an half .was going to try the naturul way but dont want to wait that long ,i want my gains in time for nxt spring ,any advise on wat my muscles will b like .will they b all airy or lean .ill b training 3 r 4 times a week .i hav a bit of gyno wen i was fukin bout wit test few years ago ,didnt train much an took androl an done the same didnt train that much ,(was giving bad advise by sum wankstain)going to do this cycle to the end an train .


    1 deca : 200mg . testo E 200 or sust 250 10 mg novaldex
    2 deca : 200mg . testo E 200 or sust 250 10 mg novaldex
    3 deca : 200mg . testo E 200 or sust 250 10 mg novaldex
    4 deca : 400mg . testo E 200 or sust 250 10 mg novaldex
    5 deca : 600mg . testo E 200 or sust 250 10 mg novaldex
    6 deca : 600mg . testo E 200 or sust 250 10 mg novaldex
    7 deca : 600mg . testo E 200 or sust 250 10 mg novaldex
    8 deca : 600mg . testo E 200 or sust 250 10 mg novaldex
    9 deca : 400mg . testo E 200 or sust 250 10 mg novaldex
    10 deca : 400mg . testo E 200 or sust 250 10 mg novaldex
    11 deca : 200mg . testo E 200 or sust 250 and 10 mg novaldex

    12-15 clomid 100 mg day. (PCT = post cycle treatment)

    Cycle is horrible! Do NOT pyramid your doses! You've only been lifting a couple of months? Man, way to early to even think about steroids!!!!!! BTW, you always want to run your Test higher than the DECA. Research, Research, Research!!!!

    first off your cycle is horriable. and so is your diet. you have a lot of natty growth left to do. you have only been working out for a few months?? need to do lots of research. specificely diet.

    is there any good cycles u can tell me im a newbie.and why all the negative stuff about me takin them .im looking to get big quick an diet wont do that ,im on creatine an cyclone 4rm maximuscle .

    you need to get your diet in check. you are not eating enough. what are your full stats.

    im 27 .161 lbs bit of bf .an im startin to eat good .fish ,meats ,oats raw egg whites etc .on creatine an cyclone 4rm maximuscle .

    why all the negativaty bout the roids wen ues r all takin them .im just looking to do 1 or 2 cycles an thats it just to bulk me up then im going to just go the natural way after that ,wats wrong with that

    i agree with buylongterm and wouldnt pyramid the doses. also since this is your first a simple cycle of 500mgs of test a week will do just fine for you

    Nothing. But you came here asking for advice and they're giving you they're opinion. And i agree, you need to research more. Best to ask and get honest opinions from good guys than to start off on your own.

    500mg of wat .how much will i gain on that .i heard that deca an test go together good ,any advise lads .im a newbie so any advise is good advise ,,got sum shit advise b4 so need it 4rm the pros

    Diet is everything.....Nothing will give you the results u want without the proper diet.. Get that right then start a cycle and save yourself some trouble. i wish i would of come here and asked questions before my first cycle instead of just taking advice from some guy in the gym. Listen to what these guys have to say......JMO

    If you do your research and get ur diet right and get on the RIGHT cycle u will see the quick gains you want. But juice is not magic...

    Why? For the most part, Most guys on here who are doing roids have been lifting for years before taking the plunge. You don't lift weights for a couple of months and then decide to do steroids. Steroids are NOT some miracle pill that will change your body overnight! Trust me, there is NO such thing as doing 1 or 2 cycles.
    Also, by looking at your cycle, you have NOT done your research!

    nice 1 for the advise ,but a guy at the gym told me to do that cycle ,an i hav seen people who hav only took dianabol cycle fist time wit shitty cycle an they bulked up o.k .

    1 cup of oats an 1 cup of milk with 4 teaspoons orgonic honey an 2 teaspoons of white sugar,2 slices of wholemeal bread an 2 slices of bacon,butter an brown sause,1 orange ---1 tin of herrnings in tomato sause 1 bannana an 1 bar offruit an fiber bar---poatoes,carrots,broccili,mangetout peas 1 chicken breast wraped in bacon wit stufin in the middle ,gravey---ice cream an choc sause sprinkled in oats ---1 tin of tuna mayonnaise sause with 2 slices of whole meal bread an 2 raw eeg whites,an drank 1 litre of water an litre of orange juice ,,,wat do u think of that is that enough for 1 day .

    1 cup of oats 1 cup milk with sugar,3 egg whites with pinnapple juice---tin of hernnings,orange 1 litre of water with pinnaple juice---3 scoupes of coattage cheese on crackers---chips salad,tomatoes,2 scoupes of coattge cheese an lasanage,---tin of hernnings 1 bar of fruit an fibre and 3 egg whites wit pinnapple juice.half cup of oats an milk. thats wat i had today. ill keep u posted .how long should it b before i see some benfits

    why are you drinking raw eggs???? you can buy processed egg whites and be safe. your diet needs alot of work. drop the bacon from the chicken and the icecream and up the calories and protein

    as long as you run an hrt dose of test you will be fine. you dont have to run more test then deca. i know many ppl who prefer to run low dose test and let there 19 nor do all the work. im not saying that its wrong im just saying you can run a low dose and be fine.
    but anyway thats off subject.
