    Need A Good Cycle Advice

    OK for my next cycle im going to trying some Testosterone Cypionate 300 and some deca 300 I was told that running Test for 12 weeks at 500 mg was good and Deca at 600 mg for 10 weeks. Whatt do you guys think bout that I am 5/8 and 24% BF weight is 210

    lose some weight first man ... if u strated a lower bf percentage not only would ur bulk cycle have better gains, but u will also have less of a risk of getting gyno

    With a good cutting diet and a little hard work your bf will drop down soon enough; you may even gain a little more lean mass in the process. How old are you? How long have you been training? You said "next cycle", so this wouldn't be your first?

    Stats please? age hgt cycle exp? I only ask, as this helps with giving you correct advise.

    im am 25 years old and have two cycle under my belt of sustanon 250.

    BTW, you have been around here for awhile now and you should know that 24%bf is no where ideal for starting a cycle of gear. Check out the diet forum and read to get that straight first and you will see much better results.

    i been training for about 6 years

    What were your results with those cycles? Did you do a proper pct?

    The last one I did was a 4 months ago I was doing 750 mg a week of course in a pyramid of 500 750 and back to 500

    Meal 1:
    6 egg whites 2 egg yokes, 1/2 cup oatmeal

    11-12ish
    Meal 2:
    1 scoop optimum nutrition protein shake/(2 tbsp flax)/ Wheat bread turkey sandwich

    2pm
    Meal 3:
    salad no dressing, 8oz Chicken breast

    4-6pm

    wtf u wanna gain weight as well as getting leaner!!!..dude these arent magic beans ...u need to cut weight and get leaner first, then do a clean bulk!...but it takes time, one cycle isnt gunna take u to where u wanna be

    If you are trying to only gain 10lbs and that being lean, then the diet is going to be atleast 80%, with cardio being the rest. Heck you could do what you are wanting by sticking to a great, clean diet without the gear.

    Also, a test/deca cycle is going to bloat you some even on good diet. Drop the deca and change the test c to test prop(less bloat for most). Keep the diet up for now and see what happens. Gear is the icing, not the batter.

    I know bro but thats where I want to be lol I didnt say I was going to do it with just this cycle

    You need to drop all those shakes, except the post workout shake. Hard protein and whole grains are the best. Also, don't eat carbs late at night. Try to take in complex carbs early in the day.

    What about cardio?

    well I got the gear already so will see what happens but im really going to be dieting this whole month and doing cardio as well. But the question is are my dosage looking ok?

    If you want a clean bulker, I would drop the dosage of deca below the test. Keep the running times the same. What is your pct planned?

    You can also run .25mg of arimidex during the cycle to help with bloat. The most important thing is going to be the diet.

    so your telling me that I would be better of with

    MONDAY-Deca 200mg and Test C 250mg

    Thursday- Deca 200mg and Test C 250mg an equal of Deca 400mg and Test C 500mg a week would be better than my first question?
