I have lately. But not my first 3 or 4 cycles. Might be an age thing though.

I got leaner while gaining weight on my last test/tren cycle.
What were your diets like to do so?
I eat everything in sight man. My diet sucks, but goes like this: 3 eggs ,1 cup oatmeal, bagel, and 16oz of vit d milk for breakfast. 1 hour later is 1200cal carb drink. 4 hours later is lunch and i usually eat pizza or a double cheeseburger and a salad.
Dinner is dumb, i've been eating lasagna, spaghetti, veal, fried chicken, baked chicken, french fries, bratwurst, chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, pizza, you get the picture.
I'm a firm believer that you have to have the weight on you, in order to gain it.
Oh yea, i also have fruity pebbles and cookie crisp for dessert. Hell Yea!
Clean diet of around 4k calories daily.
I got a friend that is on Tren A and eats like shit and he is a monster. You can tell he is strong and got muscle but he isn't cut at all.

I read it helps with protein sythesis. However you spell it. How it was explain to me is that it helps with the breakdown of food/protein and sends it to the muscle that needs it. Some lady with a nutrition degree told me that. She swears she knows everything, i dunno thats what she said.

I am 37 this will be my 2nd cycle the 1st this year. I just finished dieting and dropped 25lbs. I have an athletic build just had to drop the belly fat. I was thinking of taking Enantat QV250 with Trenbolone Aceatate 75. Would this be good together? SOmeone told me that I should be careful with the Tren that it "shuts the body down hard"???
They also told me I should run HCG & Nolvadex! Could someone with knowledge-I'm a newbie...let me know how to administer the HCG and nolvadex please. I am starting my cycle next week! Thanks for the input!!!

You need to do alot of research before you start shooting chemical compounds into your body. Tren is not good for a first cycle and you need to be aware of the side effects. You also shouldnt take Nolva while on Tren atleast thats what most people will tell you. What do you ahve for PCT? Test E is shot every 3.5 days while Tren Ace is ED or at least EOD so you will be pinning almost every day which should be fun for someone who is new to the game.I am 37 this will be my 2nd cycle the 1st this year. Man, if you haven't done a cycle, stay away from tren for awhile. The sides are crazy. I always swear I wont ever touch the stuff, but of course it always pull me back in!!!Stick with a Test ony cycle and see how your body reacts. You will get fantastic gains! You don't really need HCG unless you plan on doing a long cycle (16+ weeks). It's always good to have Nolvadex on hand along with all your PCT (Clomid)
