Hit a nerve?

Iv'e never known what hitting a nerve is like but I think I may have just done so today on one of my shot's. This has been my first cycle however gradually the "corked" feeling in my leg has gotten less and less painful with each shot Iv'e been taking over the past 7 weeks. However just today just as I pushed in when I was about 3/4 of the way in to my thigh my leg spasmed around the injection site and there was enough pain to make me yell out pretty loud, while it was in though and injecting everything was fine and taking the needle out was also not a problem, however about 8 hours after the injection I'm finding it painful to walk or even lift my leg a few cm and painkillers don't seem to be doing anything. The pain is still pretty bad but bearable (i.e im not bawling my eyes out or anything lol) so I'm not complaining about that, I'm just worried I may have done something bad. Should I be worried or will the pain just go away eventually.

My gear is just test e and test c with deca using a 25 gauge needle so it's nothing out of the ordinary. Maybe I'm just over reacting but I want to be sure since this is still my first cycle.
