Yes its probably good for a couple of years past the use by date

My Dr. told me that drugs can go 3 years past expiration date, but expect to lose about 10% potency per year....

That's a rough average that I have heard and go by as well....

But in all honesty without knowing how it was made, how it has been stored and handled you cant really determine an accurate loss per year especially when dealing with UGL gear....
