First cycle ADVICE PLEASE!!!

Hey guys whats up I'm new to the board.:aaGreen22 I'll give you guys a little info about me:
5'10
195lbs
Training for 5yrs
26yrs old

Ok so this is my FIRST CYCLE EVER and it's going to be an oral only cycle. I was told 100 times that I'll get much better gains if I cycle it with TEST. Buy anyhow this is all I have on me and I'm going to try it out.

This is what it looks like:


Tbol 60mg/day for 7 weeks
Anavar 40mg/day for 7 weeks
PCT nolvadex 20mg/day for 25 days
PCT Myogen X

What do you guys thing about this, also I was thinking I should split the dose twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, or would it be better just to take it as one single dose during the day???

P.S. Diet and Training is in check.

Its not just alot better of gains with test, its also ALOT safer.... Oral only cycles are extremely toxic to your liver...

you NEED to get an injectable form on test.... its the only way that cycle would be worth anything...

do a search for oral only cycles, and there are a million threads on it

Although I prefer a testosterone only cycle for a first cycle what you have proposed is not a bad cycle.....

Tbol and anavar acutely do make a good cycle and both are no where near as harsh on the liver as many other orals....

I would look into tweaking the pct slightly but the cycle it's self seems fine to me....

Make sure your diet and training are spot on and you will make some nice lean gains....

youll live bro.... Test and a front load d-bol would be a better jumping off point but... as long as the training and diet is good, youll gain

just put test in there .. u going to have to get used to injecting sooner or later

Test man. You'll love it. Don't just jump into it cause that's what you have. The results are well worth the wait. But if your mind is dead set on it, then by all means go for it.

I agree with the test but without the dbol. I hate dbol! The cycle you proposed isn't bad, although i have to admit i'm a lil concerned about the 2 oral. Granted their not too harsh of orals you still taking 2.

How would you recommend me tweaking my PCT?????

Also what do you guys recommend on dosing, split twice a day or all at once???

make sure you add something for liver toxicity like milk thistle.

Yes i was thinking of adding some milk thistle, but not sure if i should incorporate it in my PCT or during my cycle???
