test cyp cycle need some help/advice

    23 5'7 174lb, bf% not to sure im thinkin maybe 11

This is my first actual cycle..
im on my 4.5 week of test cyp (cycle is planned to go on for 10-12 weeks)
im doing two shots spread out during the week.
1 cc each shot ( 500mg in total a week)

i was also thinking about getting some tren e into the cylce and start it week 5 seeing that im getting a new vial of test cyp because the other one has a shot left. is this a good idea??

So far i have gained some weight i started off at 163 and as of last friday the scale said 174.. i really dont feel that much bigger i finda feel like im getting fat and its really pissing me off.. my diet is somewhat like this

breakfast around 8am: 4 egg white, coffee

around 10am: can of tuna for a snack

lunch around 12:30-1:30: 2 chicken breasts, broccoli, and some other greens

    around 3:00pm: 2 scopes whey iso 28g protein each-low carbs/ with water

around 6:00pm: 2 chicken breasts or some sort of lean beef with greens/ possible a slice or 2 of whole wheat bread

around 7:30pm: Gym time (after lifting i try to do 20-30 mins of cardio)

after gym: 2 scopes of protein/with water

before bed usually 11ish: 1 scope of protein

i usually go to the gym 4-6 times a week.

i'm pretty sure you guys are gonna tell me my diet sucks.. but i hate eating carbs.. and i'm getting more my protein from solid food rather then shakes..
i'm not to sure if the whole body image shit is ****ed cause of my head playing with me or...

what can i do to improve my gains?? and should i be doing more cardio everyday??

Tren is not a very good idea for a first cycle also you need to be aware of all the possible side effects of Tren and also have the right things to fight them if you hav e a problem...ie Letro and Bromo. If you hate eating carbs you will never maximize your gains. Also too much cardio will be catabolic specially if you are not eating enough carbs.

ok, so should i stick to 3 times a week cardio??, i also read in one of the forums here about bulking and cutting, that if you wanna have a clean bulk to stick to 20-30 mins of cardio, because passing the 40 min limit starts burning muscle mass as well?

what about diet tho?? like i wanna have a clean clean bulk, i know the whole cutting and bulking at the same time is extremely hard and im kinda trying to do that.. but i dont know what im doing wrong..

    thanks in advance

I'd eat more real protein instead of too many shakes. It may just be me but the shakes don't seem to work as well as solid foods. Also if you can workout at like 5a.m., go home and eat, then sleep an hour or 2 you'll have more productive workouts

ya thats what i have heard to about not taking a lot of protein shakes and getting the protein from solid food..

can i do more then one can of tuna a day? or is the sodium level to high??

about the early morning workouts, i recently read a article about am vs pm workouts in muscle and fitness. And there was a test done at some university on athletes comparing the results of those that worked out in the morning and those that did in the evening. Supposedly morning workouts produced less lean muscle growth and increased bf%, and evening workouts produced more lean muscle and reduced bf%.. so i'm not sure what to believe..

i have a couple of buddies that do the morning routine for a while now and said that they don't really see a lot of change.. but they continue to do it because it more convenient for them..

I would leave the tren for another time. Finish this cycle as is, during my last cycle I put on the weight more towards the end.

I dont know about the sodium but i know there is alot of mercury in tuna and alot of experts these days only recommend 1 meal a week.
