It can, it depends on your diet but the clen definately helps.

Ok. Was wondering if it just burned fat or excess also. What about with T3 and T4?

with diet and exercise stacked with clen or clen/t3, it would burn fat. Your diet and exercise has to be spot on to get max benefits from it.

Doing clen and T3 burn everything. If your off cycle it has been known to cause loss of strength. Just letting you know. If your not on cycle i would stick to clen only at first then see where your at.

Now if I took just Clen how would it work? I'm on

    Test 450 225mg's every 3 1/2 days

    Tren A 100mg's eod

I got 20.8% BF and so how much will it change that and how fast?

I would have done the clen before cycling at 20.8%+ bodyfat. Are you trying to put a band-aid on a broken leg?

Ok hold up. Your on tren, are you taking T3 with the tren cause you know T3 burns fat too. Clen and tren i think would raise your blood pressure too high, i wouldn't do it. Instead i would look at T3. You should be taking T3 with your clen anyway since tren shuts your thyroids down. 25mgs ed is sufficent to supplement your thyroids while taking tren. Anything higher than that is more towards buring fat, cuz the tren is still gonna allow you lean muscle gains. 50-75mgs of T3 isn't unheard of. Although i'll say, as with anything start low and work your way up. When you get to pct you can start clen. It'll help with the rebound affect too. Or so i read....

No the T3 ect wasn't for me. The clen I was going to take though for a short time. I was told I could do it from someone on Tren and Test. I was also told not to really do any cardio when on clen though.

The tren isn't leaning you up a bit? I am taking 200 mg of test prop and 75mg tren a eod and lost about 4% body fat. I started on the high end of body fat as well at 20.6% but down to about 16%. I am taking 75mg of T3 as well though. I don't think I could hang taking clen with the tren due to my heart rate going up so much just with the tren alone.

You cant really do cardio on Tren. Clen is ok for cardio.

Don't do clen and tren together. I would either do tren/T3, or clen during or after your pct.

Oh well didn't know that. How fast did you lose the BF% from 20.6 to 16%>
