    need some help

    hi need a bit of advice . i have been training 4 bout 5 years now and want to start on some steroids what should i get how much and when do i take it thanks to any 1 that can help

    No one is going to flat out give you all teh info and even if they did steroids are serious business and you need to do as much research as possible to make sure you dont hurt yourself. There is a great amount of info on this site, get reading!
