Goal: After i acheive Goal from this cycle i will plan on doing Lean Bulking Cycles mainly using Test and Tren. I react very well with Tren and i dont get any sides.

increase the cardio to 45min and add some intensity... when you do tes and tren you have an amazing positive nitrogen retention in your muscles.. it'll be very hard to go catabolic.. keep your diet extremely clean and work your ass off, you'll be fine...

IS your question diet or cycle orientated?

I agree looks good. I personally would keep the shake JUST Post workout. Dont add anymore as whole foods are much better for digestion. Post a log in the cycle log section and let us know how everything is going!

Everything looks good, sucks u couldnt get tren a... 15 weeks on prop is a long time also... but if ur up to ED injections, more power for ya!
the only thing i would adjust is your cardio... you say u are trying to cut fat... ur at 15% bf... i'd up the cardio to a jog because it iwll get ur heart more in a fat burning zone, at liek 65-70%.... but legnth is good... just up the HR in ur cardio

what is your calorie total? looks like u need a little more, maybe one more small meal. and i would also add a high intensity cardio session 1nce or 2wice a week. diet looks good otherwise maybe cut out the rice in the second meal. i am only taking in carbs pre and post workout and somedays for breakfast which total to around 80g-120 and then i have a carb up day on sunday.

Now i thought you couldn't run nolva with a tren cycle? If you don't already have it i would try and get some test e instead of test prop. that way you injection could be less and on the same day. If you like to shoot everyday, more power to ya. Personally i don't like to have more than 2 shakes a day. 3 if i messed up on my diet that day, but only on occassion.
