1st Cycle Advice.

Hi...I'm new to the forum. I have been researching for about 2 two weeks now. So far I have seen many treads that say for your 1st cycle one should start off with Test. I'm looking to start a 10 to 12 cycle of Primobolan and Sustanon . My goals are to gain 10 to 15 lbs but mostly I want strength gains. Do think as a newbie this would be a good stack to start off with?

30 yrs old
5'10 hgt
200 lbs
15 to 17% bf

umm just do the sustanon ..plus as a newbie r u sure u can get primo? ...and before u start i wood dedicate one solid month to dieting and losing maybe 10 lbs and lil bf ..then start ur cycle....b/c ur gains wood be alot better trust me...but when u do start..start 500mg/w of sustanon

I agree with bulldog and you should just run one compound on your first cycle. What do you have planned for a pct?

Also, 19-nors are best for strength, but test must be in the cycle with them. Just food for thought. Look in the member cycle's section and research a few days. You will learn alot. Not trying to change your mind on the sust., it was just information.

You should see great gains on the sustanon , especially since it's your first cycle.

First cycle,
recomended Test E 250 2x a week, 12 weeks
Proper Diet
Proper PCT.

thanks all for ur input....I'm leaving the country for 18 months in Sept. so I have some time cause I plan on starting my cycle then. I'll do some more research....thanks again.
