If you cut a small pill so small into a 3rd and it starts to break, but you still take whats there and the powder laying there. It will still kick in correct? Stupid ? but I don't know the answer.

Yea, it'll kick in along with all the other bacteria and viruses that might be laying there as well.

shit my dex i gotta cut into 1/4s and well its about the size of a tick already so pretty much brake them up and scavenge about a 1/4 worth of powder and chunks of pill

why dont you try to make each pill an oral solution? dissolve it in like 10 mls of water or whatever ( i would say use warm water to dissolve it.) that way in 10mls it will be 20 mcg/ml. then just use oral syringe. it might work. just treat as a powder....
