Bloating and Arimidex

I am planning on running a cycle of sustanon and npp durabolin .

Should I run arimidex daily at .25mgs or will this dramatically reduce my gains?

I want to avoid bloat and gyno symptoms but I don't want it to hinder my gains?

Do you run it everyday? Every Other Day? Only when experienceing sides?

i run it at around that dose with every cycle and my gains are usually great

Hindering gains by using an AI i think is overhyped. The only gains it hinders are gains in water weight in my opinion.

I usually run it eod and if I get bloated or the nipps itch I go to ed.

exactly. I think that I look and feel better using a small dose AI on most of my cycles.

im on test p and npp right now 100mg/ed for both and i have not needed any AI's whatsoever.

that being said, im one of the lucky ones that has no issues with estrogen on cycle.

Doesnt it actually raise test levels? Seem like that would be a benefit to me??

it lowers estrogen levels. when you're done your cycle and your estrogen is high and testosterone is low AI's such as aromasin or arimidex boost your natural test production by lowering the estrogen. they work in a type of balance.
