Noob dosage mistake...
I am on my 4th day of my t3/clen cutting cycle and realized I made a mistake in my dosage. I misunderstood Lions oral syringe. I thought I was starting at 60mcg and found out today I started out with 180mcg of clen and 160mcg of t3. 60mcg is a really, really small amount.
The first day was bad! I had a bad headache all day, couldnt sleep, and my heart rate was up. The good news is after the 1st day the sides have been manageable up to this point. My heart rate is only a couple of points higher than normal, the headaches are minimal, I can sleep better, and the shakes dont seem to bother me much. My diet is pretty solid and already lost 3lbs. I also have been drinking water like crazy.
The question I have is do I just stay at these levels if I find them manageable? I have read people have gone up to 200mcg on clen and didnt have issues. I thought I was 99% sure on the correct dosage, next time I will make sure to be a 100% sure.

i would stick to a normal dose, just because you feel ok dosent mean its not reaking havoc on your body. I dont go above 120mcg, ive been up to 160mcg but the sides became to much. taper down your dose to a more safe level.

Yes, that was my plan. As it is now though I already went straight to the top of the pyramid already. I plan on keeping a very close eye on my blood pressure and heart rate. If the sides stay minimal im going to stay at 160mcg clen and 140mcg of t3.

The first day was the worse for me. It has been much better the last three days. I just take 2 Motrin like every 4 hours and had a little "herbal" assistance as well. That usually is my cure for headaches normally. Just make sure you are drinking tons of water too. At least 10-15 glasses of water a day is what I am drinking. The headache could be persisting because you are dehydrated.
