comming to the end of my cycle; depressed

well, im fairly upset im comming to the end of my cycle and wondering how long i should wait before i start my next cycle. I naturally have semi - low test so im wondering if this could be a facter in play for the time period to take my next cycle.

Yes im doing 3 weeks of PCT and ive been on a 12 week cycle.

Ive heard i should wait up to 4 months, hopefully some other advice kinds of advice would be great.

Well it depends, do you want steroids to become a permanent addition to your life, or something you just messed around with a bit?

-You can just lower your dosages, take about 100mg of test e or cyp a week, or any other compound u want, for about 3 months, and then start up on a cycle again. This is called a cruise.

-You can also run your pct while running an aas that doesnt cause total hpta shutdown. such as primo but preferably var, or also hgh. This is called a bridge.

-You can decide that you don't think your body naturally produces enough testosterone , and plan on taking hrt doses of testosterone at around 200mg a week. Note that this usually becomes a permanent addition to your life.

-You can run your pct and then get blood tests every couple weeks and once your back to normal go back on cycle.

-You can run your pct, decide when you think you feel right again, and then start cycling again.

Nearly everyone here is going to tell you time on = time off. Just get used to hearing that. But it doesnt mean that you have too. Do you care about living past 50? If you're like me and you don't, do what you can, you know your own body better than anyone else. Just make sure to exercise caution when not using any.

if you have low test levels then go see your dr and try to get on hrt or trt. as for being depressed i cant help you there because i have done many, many, many cycles with extreme doses and i never once felt any kind of depression when i was coming off. are you using clomid? i heard that makes people feel like that sometimes

lol, no, Im 29. I don't know what it is, probably just the fact that I've lived life on the edge my entire life, and during times of boredom and when life is slow I often feel as though I just don't care. Might sound a little cynical but its not. I just have no desire to be some horny old grandpa sitting around getting fatter and older. Sadly though, its usualy the people like me that live to be around 100. hah

I think everyone takes it a little differently, and its a lot about state of mind.
I feel a bit depressed when coming off too

Lack of endogenous hormone secretion will increase the likelihood of developing depression. Its one of the main reasons HRT is prescribed. Also, mental health issues are also a strong contraindication of using steroids , among many other reasons.

Damn bro step back and take a deep breath. Sorry that you are feeling down. How about setting some short term goals for yourself. This will help keep you motivated. Do a random act of kindness for someone or something. Maybe that will cheer you up. And remember just when you think you have it bad there is always someone whom has it worse the you. Hang in there and never let anything take control of you.

To fight your depression just think about the future. Think well I gained XXXLBS this cycle, I'm gonna PCT and train hard and try and get say 5 more lbs naturally. Then for the next cycle I'm gonna gain XXXLBS. Take some time to plan your next cycle, get your gear and maybe tweak your diet better. Make your off time fun bro and have fun with it. Look to the future and I am sure you will be happy again
