    What is the purpose of running test for 12 weeks for a beginner cycle???

    Isn't 12 weeks quite a long time? Also how would one keep water weight off from this cycle?

    Most beginner cycles use a long ester test like e or c, and you don't even start feeling full effects till week 4 or 5.
    As for keeping water weight down, my preferred method is a clean low sodium diet and drinking plenty of water. Everyone is different and some may bloat while others may not, if you are particularly prone to bloating arimidex at .25 eod would help.

    Since Test should be the base of all cycles you do, you want to run Test on your first cycle to see how you react to it before you start adding other compounds to the mix. It'll help you sort out any side affects when you run other compounds...
