Getting big???
Been on Tren A 100mg's eod for 3 weeks and Test 450 every 3 days for 1 month. Just switched over to Tren E instead of A every 3 days and frontloading for 1 week at 250mg's otherwise 125mg's normally. Now on the juice all together for 1 month and I was wondering, how long it takes to start getting real big? I work out every day usally and sometime eod. 1 body part a week is pretty much what I'm doing. Starting to notice the tri's, bic's and chest starting to change a little and I can put up more weight. My diet isn't perfect but not real bad, I take in 250g's of protein a day, I know it needs to be more and I will get better at this whole diet thing. So at the rate I'm at how long would you say? Will the next 4 weeks be more of a change in the way I look than the 1st 4 weeks?

You are on the verge of the average time people start to see significant effects (~week 5). Ultimately your progress is going to be dictacted by diet and workout intensity. good luck.

You workouts should be intense and consistant. You need to push your body and let the gear do it's work. Workout each bodypart 2x's/wk. i.e. chest/tri's(m-th) back/bi's(t-Fri) and should/legs(w-s).

Ok. Ya I was only doing them 1x per week. Make a big difference if I do it twice?

I don't think you meant 250mg protein daily; that's a quarter gram.

You need to stress the muscle, rest it, so it can recover and repair, which allows it to grow. If you dont stess it enough, it will be happy with working as easy as you will let it, which in turn defeats you purpose. Most studies show stressing a muscle group twice a week with 48hrs rest seems to work great.

and let soreness dictate when to workout a given group.

do ur muscles recover quicker on juice? opposed to natural? or do they still need same time?...also i usually hit the bench press 5sets 10 reps like 4 days a week...is that too much? i just cant seem to work the chest enough...i love the bench press...i also do butterflys and mach presses for chest....but i also do barbell curls, pull downs for bi's,,and dips just to puff up the tri but also to stretch the chest...and i feel good but the next day i feel like i didnt do anything...i know my routine needs more structure but the bench consumes 75% of my week....dont know what to do..

Train each muscle once per week. Hit it hard, and it's all u need. The last thing u want to do is over train.
My split,
chest,bies
quads,hams
off
back,calves
shoulders,tries
off

When I was caning the muscle groups I'd wake up in the morning with no sorness at all. I'd feel like I was ready to do an equally intense workout again the next day - but as it was said before. You need to rest properly

It's not a sorness to where I complain and can't do anything I can just feel that I worked out the day before.
