How much Tren E
My Tren E is 125mg's /1ml So how much should I take and I am doing it every 3 days. Starter out with 125mg's 1st shot then 2nd I started frontloading with 250mg's and will do that one more time. How much should I take normally though?

Correct. Thats why I was frontloading to help as much as possible. So how much should I be doing after frontloading?

I was gonna ask something similar.
You always have lots of questions. I suggest before starting your next cycle. You make sure you are ready.
Just be patient with most of the things you are doing. You are weirding out on us. Try to finish your cycle(good or bad) and learn from it. I promise you most guy's on here have had a cycle not hit the goal they wanted it to.

Nothing wrong with ramping up on ace while your waiting on the enth to get rolling, I've done it a bunch of times. You just got to time it right. I also do it with test prop/cyp/enth, I've got a feeling your timings off though and this wasn't intentional

I don't even mind getting big and cut after. I have alot of ???'s but I want to know on the Tren E what to take. Otherwise I was just going to do 125mg's every 3 days.

In my opinion you have no business taking tren on your first cycle. That being said, a good starter dosage would be around 300 to 400mg/week.

just do 1.5cc x2 a week thats 187.5mg x2 or 375wk

but man you really need to learn and figure this yourself, one screwup from someone here and you could be in trouble for life. I myself am doing this math in my head and no-ones perfect

Sure will. Been on juice for 4 weeks and 1 day now and I can a little bit of difference. Bi's, tri's and chest are a little bit changed and I'm stronger as in I'm able to put up more wait. Will the next 4 weeks be a bigger change than the first?

You're overthinking this bro. Everyone has different genetics, and you admitted before your diet could use a bit of work. Just try to tweak your diet, train properly, and run out the cycle. In a month you'll know exactly what your gains were.

Well either way I'm getting it as the next 4 weeks is more of a change than the 1st correct? Here is my meals today
Breakfast-Oats
Lunch-Chicken breast-green beans-wheat bread w/butter-small thing of noodles-milk protein shake 46g's
Snack-10g Protein bar
Snack-Strawberry yogurt
Dinner-Skinless chicken breast-carrots-yams-wheat bread/butter
Still got more time for a snack or 2. I will have another protein shake and bar.

you need protein in every meal your definitely not gettin enough... throw some eggs in at breakfast and then some tuna throughout the day you are defintely goin to be shrt changed on your gains from that diet

and get rid of the protein bars they are crap they put so much crap in those your body usually doesnt digest half the protien in them

go to the diet setion and start reading look at perfect beast diet plan hes got a pretty solid plan for gaining

How much protein would you say I took in from what I listed? I can always make some eggs in a little bit. Usally I do eat liek 4 scrambled eggs with my oats, just didn't do it today for some reason.

I got a friend that used AAS and did competition stuff and he was ripped. He told me just to do what he did. He said he just piled up on PB&J and Chicken breast and yams everyday + protein shakes.

everyone different tho and a solid diet you could blow your friend off the map unless hes a genetic freak...
my diet usually looks like this
meal 1: 4 egs whites 2 whole eggs oats or whole wheat toast
meal 2 protien shake (pre wo)
meal 3 protien shake/carbs (post wo)
meal 4 steak or chicken brown rice and steamed broc
meal 5(15 min break at work) tuna and fish oil caps
meal 6 (dinner at work) chick lean beef or steak brown rice or red potatoes and usually broc or asparagus flax caps
meal 7 (15 min break) chicken or tuna flax caps
meal 8 (before bed) cyctogainer maybe soe natural pb
hope that helps and thats a daily ritually haha and for a bulking diet as well Im on test cyp and dbol 4th week starts tomorrow and im up 12 lbs not much bloat either because im using adex for bloat and estro sides

How much more will you gain in the next 4 weeks compared to the 1st 4 weeks? How much protein would you say I took in today so far?

not sure what my gains will be like for the next 4 weeks ill see once the test kicks this is my first cycle and your prolly getting less than 200 grams a day right ow which is not very sufficent for a test tren cycle

yes im much fuller i had cut to 185 from 205( im 5'7") before my cycle and now im back to 197 my legs are coming in nicely they were lackin because i had reconstructive surgery on my knee back in january so yes a good improvementin size and on all my lift so far but just have to hope the test kicks in on week five because thats when i stop the dbol

So I figured this out and let me know your opinion.
How protein in each thing I ate
oats-8g-protein bar-10g-chicken breast-23g-noodles-8g-green beans 2g wheat bread 4g-shake w/milk 55g-yogurt 5g-chicken breast 48g-yams 5g-wheat bread 4g. Thats 173g's. Now later I was going to eat another chicken breast which is 48g-another shake 55g. Thats 275g's there.

the only thing ill say is make sure it spaced out enough that your body can use all of it... i eat about every 2-3 hours usually 2 because my schedule makes it easy but if your hittin 275 then id say your good im usually in the range of 300g just make sure your getting 1.5 times your body weight

Then I would need like 340g's I'm 227lbs. Since I've been on the gear I eat alot more meals than I use to. Feels like I eat to much but it's good for burning fat correct?

yes depending on your carb intake... carbs are just fuel to get through the day really my biggest carb meal is usually post work out for the recovery and breakfast since you dont eat while you sleep and then the later meal with carbs is just for alittle more fuel

So when on AAS you need more fuel? Since I've been on it I feel stronger and am, but I;m more lazy and tired more often.

thats the tren most likely it rings down cardiovascular capacity very badly... and depending on how many carbs your taking in you may need more fuel but carbs are tricky you have to find your happy median with them so you dont add on excess weight ie fat
