Sustanon HELP NEEDED
hey guys
This post is about one of my buddies
he is currently running a sust cycle, 500 mg a week split into 2 doses, yea everyone knows blah blah eod..but hes is doing 2 a week. and the only sides he has seen is some back acne and aggression..but he had that previously..its just amplified...but seems to be working out very well as far as transfering it into the gym.
he weighs like 200lbs, 6'2
Now here is the question
the gear is real, i know this 100%!
but, he is on his 6th week and really hasnt seen any noticable gains
trains 5 days a week, like an animal, eats pretty well as far as i know, atleast from what he tells me
but has put on like 4-5 lbs and i think thats jsut from the trianing for the past 6 weeks and eating
any suggestions or reasons as to why he is not gaining, the gear is real, the training is good...could he simply not react to aas

what and how exactly is he eating?
if it's 4-5 lbs of solid LBM in 6 weeks which is keepable after cycle, that's not bad either...usually 5-7 lbs is what an advanced bber can put on natty per year.... most people are too obsessed with trying to gain 20+ lbs on cycle which IMHO is a very quantity vs quality issue

thats true
but the thing is...im training naturally and i can see a bigger development in the same period of time than he has seen...and i seriously have to work twice as hard to gain the same amount of muscle..and he nor i is seeing any visual development
what if he kicks the end with some dbol ?

remember, you and him don't share the same genes...but if I have to reckon a guess, I'd say it's all in his diet
forget the dbol for now, save it for the next cycle... let him see the current one through, another six weeks and he should be gaining a total of 11-12 lbs, which, depending on his fat gain, is decent (although not great) for a cycle...

His sust may be under-dosed, poor diet, or could be life-factors. Lots of people can't gain a lb of muscle without enough sleep, or too much stress.
Since it's not working, he should definately try switching up everything. Try a different training ruitine, change the diet up abit, ensure he's getting enough sleep, do eod injects.
Even small simple changes can make a huge difference.
Example = instead of eating chicken for a meal, he could eat beef or fish.

so what doesnt add up?
the gear is real, i know lots of people on it...running the same amount and they are making huge gainss
ideas?
and there really is no correct way of taking sust....infact it was made to be taken ever 10 days i believe as an hrt/trt drug
eod is just for the small amount of prop, the guys i know running it 2x a week r doing great
