im 21, 5'11', 195, body fat % not sure but i would guess around 15 give or take.....
im not 100% sure on the cycle, its a short cycle i just want to get like a jump start...iv been working out for almost 2 years now and im just a hard gainer.....i will post my cycle asap......
I have always told myself to but its getting to the point where it seems i am making no gains....im not sure the cycle yet but it consists of sus 250 and test prop....what do you think of combining the 2?
i am taken the sus for 7 weeks,250ml/mg, and the prop for 3-4 weeks 100ml/mg,,,,
Considering you wont see any effects until weeks 4-6, thats not going to leave you much time for gains.
is that 1 inject of sust250 a week? Why bother.
Up the sust to 500/mg min and consider dropping the prop. I personally don't see the need to frontload on a first cycle as is.
If you have both already, think about frontloading with only 50mg/day prop for 3-4 weeks instead of 100mg. If you keep it at 100mg/day, that makes it 700mg/week. Just think of how out of whack your test levels are gonna be when you drop the prop and have a few more weeks left of 250mg/wk of your planned sust250. Be a rollercoaster from hell.
So...
1. Either lower the prop to 50mg/day or drop it completely
2. Up the sust to 500mg/wk min
3. EXTEND the sust to 10-12 weeks. 7 weeks is nothing.
