Question about Anadrol HELP
Hello,
I am new and i am not sure about anadrol i've heard of it because my friends take it. I've been tould many different things and i was wornding the right way to use it. i was tould that you take it once a week for 6 weeks ??? is this true ? Can you guy's please give me tips and info for the best results. I will be starting my first cycle soon. Any information would be great !

well as the link johnny provided above states, its active life is about 16 hours so your gonna want to take it everyday.

As you stated in your thread introducing yourself, you are only 17. You are way too young for AAS. I don't want to sound like a jerk, but you have many natural years left for growth.... don't screw your body up now for a quick fix, its not worth it.

This is what im doing you can follow it or brush it of but it works!!!
I was 84Kgs at the middle of 2007 aged 15!
I was 90 Kgs a the begginning of 2008 aged 16!
This was my program:
Monday: Chest Tris
Tusesday:Back Bis
Wednesday: Quads, Hamms, Calves
Thursday: Shoulders and Delts
Friday: Arms
ABS EVERYDAY!
Diet: 5-6 meals a day Lean Protein Complex Carbs Mininmal Fats
High IN Fruits and veges!
Supps: Creatine, NO2 Product, Protein Powder & Pre workout igniter!
ALL THIS HAS CHANGED NOW!
I gained 5 Kgs in six months, some of that being muscle, some fluids, some maybe fat!
So.....Just shows you dont need steroids at teenages!!!
Although they do Help!
I wudnt be trying anything, if you had too...then anavar , low sides, and high cost!
But it can give you good results!

Yeah, well Tris and bis are minor muscle groups of the back and chest
(TALK ABOUT STATING THE OBVIOUS HAHA)
But yeah, i usually just finish of with tri pushdowns and extensions
And iso curls and barbell curls
It works for me so i keep doing it
Give it a go if ya wanna!
Make sure its at the end of ur workout tho!

cool man i was doing bi's twice a week for awhile didnt really gain much, thats just me though...works for some ppl
